Island Air Charters
We understand that events sometime occur that require our passengers to either cancel their travel plans with us altogether, or postpone them to a later date. As a result, Island Air Charters cancellation policy is as follows:

SEATS ONLY CAT CAY AND BIMINI
All flights cancelled more than 72 hours before the departure of the flight then there will be no charge with no penalty.

All flights cancelled within 12 – 72 hours before flight will be charged but passengers will receive full credit for future travel.

All flights canceled inside 12 hours of flight departure or no show for flight will receive no credit.

CHARTERS TO CAT CAY OR BIMINI
Cat and Bimini charters will be charged 1 week before departure or when booked if closer in

If charter is cancelled credits for future travel as follows:

4 to 7 days before departure, 100% credit

2 to 3 days before departure, 50% credit

Day before departure, 10% credit

Day of departure, no credit

CHARTERS TO ALL OTHER ISLANDS
All flights are charged on day of booking.

If charter happens to be cancelled a percentage will be refunded back to the card as follows:

30 days or more before charter departure there will be a 100% refund

15 to 29 days before departure there will be a 75% refund

7 to 14 days or less before departure there will be a 50% refund

3 to 7 days before departure there will be a 25% refund

1 to 3 days before departure there will be a 10% refund

Day of departure there will be no refund
